Once you are logged into your account, you will be able to make payments, set up recurring payments, view the association's financial reports, and so much more, 24 hours a day.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Parks at Water Oak Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: PWO (Parks at Water Oak HOA)
Property ID: Your account number
Per Article V of the Declaration of Rights, Covenants, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations and Conditions for Parks at Water Oak, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Parks at Water Oak HOA Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request.
